Can I really manage my account from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. Rumian runs on HighLevel, which publishes an official MCP server. Connect it to Claude (claude.ai, Claude Code or Cowork) or to ChatGPT, sign in, pick which Rumian account it may use, and you can look up contacts, read conversations, move deals, check the calendar, draft posts and more by asking in plain English.
Will the AI send messages without asking me?
Only if you set it up that way. The AI inside Rumian can run in suggest mode, where it drafts and you approve. When you connect Claude or ChatGPT, you choose which accounts and permissions it gets, and you can tell it to show you anything before it goes out.
How much can I change to fit my business?

Is my data secure?
The platform Rumian runs on reports SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, hosts data in the United States on Google Cloud and AWS, and encrypts it in transit and at rest. Two-factor sign-in is available on every account.
